Community Solutions is a non-profit organisation that works to achieve a lasting end to homelessness that leaves no one behind.

By-name data allows communities to better see the problem of homelessness, so they can solve it.

I produced a couple of videos to help explain the Community Solutions approach to ending homelessness for good.
